Our Content Management System (CMS) tracks techincal data for spam and logging purposes. This includes user agent strings from your browser and their IP address as well as page and environment data.

During a meeting or over the phone, we often take personal information direct from you: as a client or prospect. For customers with a website built using Squarespace, Squarespace collects the following data:

N.B. we do not share data we collect with third parties unless prior consent is granted. Chessel Woodyard Ltd often works with third party organisations and individuals (photographers, printers, subcontractors) on projects and in some cases it is a requirement that customer data is shared.

Data shared in these circumstances:

In all other circumstances, data we collect will not be shared and will be deleted from our system (s) when the project is over unless we have prior written consent from you allowing us to keep them. We will always ensure you are made aware of when this occurs.
